Capt Tanuja Kabre
Director

Profile Overview –
She is a retired Officer of the Corps of Engineers, Indian Army. Being the founder of Fauji Ki Paathshala, she is on a mission to create Leaders. She has chosen to follow her passion at every junction in her career path.

Education –

  • Graduation in Physics from Ram Narain Ruia College, Mumbai.
  • Post Graduation Diploma in School Counselling from SNDT College, Mumbai.
  • PGBDM in General Management from Welingkar Institute, Mumbai.

At present she is –

  • Working with Students, Working Professionals, Schools & various Organisations on topics such as Leadership and Team Dynamics, Psychology & Communication.
  • Conducting workshops and mentoring students aspiring to join the Indian Armed Forces.
  • Conducting Leadership Camps for kids.
  • Conducting workshops for Women Safety.
  • Delivering talk shows on television & newspapers on topics related to Armed Forces.

Career Highlights –

  • Co-founder of Valour Military Acadamy, Mumbai.
  • Served in the Army for 5 years as an adjutant in counter insurgency areas of Rajouri, Jammu & Kashmir.
  • Co-ordinated Flood Rescue Operations in Binnaguri, West Bengal.
  • Selected for Army Marksmanship Unit, Mhow, for Pistol Shooting.
  • Retired as a Captain from Mhow, Indore.
  • Managed the security of South African Cricket Team during World Cup 2016.
  • Was a part of the World Cup and IPL on 2020-21 as a Bubble Integrity Manager and managed security at all levels.
  • Attended various National Trekking Expeditions.
  • Conducted Boot Camps & Advance Boot Camps at several locations.
  • Conducted more than 100 sessions on women’s Self Defense Techniques.

Lt Col Vilas Sonawane (Retd.)

Profile Overview –
He was a Commissioned Officer in the Indian Army and has 27 years of extensive experience in Administration, Logistics & Training in various reputed military establishments.He is on a mission to motivate Maharashtrian students to join officer cadre in Indian Army.

Education –
1. Bachelors in Economics 2. Diploma in Material Management from College of Material Management of Indian Army.

Experience –
Served in field and counter insurgency areas in Nagaland and Jammu & Kashmir

At present he is –
The Officer in charge of the Pre Cadet Training Center which is run by Maharashtra Govt. for preparation of CDS & SSB aspirants.

Career Highlights –
Was part of the Airborne Force of the Indian Army and was involve in scouting and nurturing talent as a Trainer and Selector of the Elite Airborne Force.

Kishore Ahire
Member – Advisory Board

Profile Overview –
An expert in Military School Management along with his expertise in Human Resource Management, he is an entrepreneur with interests in Education, Hospitality and Tourism Industry. An avid traveler and a man with a keen interest in mentoring today’s youth, he is renowned for advising on National and International levels to various governments on matters of Tourism Development. He is courted regularly by governments for solutions to sustainable business models in the Hospitality Sector which he is passionate about!

Major Mahesh Patil (Retd)

Profile Overview –
He is a seasoned veteran Infantry Officer commissioned in Regiment of THE LADAKH SCOUTS, one of the highly decorated Infantry Regiment of Indian Army specialised in High Altitude Mountain Warfare. Over 10 years of coloured service, he led the troops from the front in some of the treacherous terrains of Indian frontiers under the very demanding operational conditions. In various Command and Staff capacities, he has served in multiple military outfits with diverse cultures and ethnicities providing ethical and enterprising leadership.
He is an alumnus of IIM-Lucknow who began his Corporate journey in 2012. Since then he has accomplished a broad spectrum of technical as well as functional experiences and professionally enriching exposure.
He possesses keen interest in travelling, culture and cuisine apart from his distinct passion in agriculture owing to his agrarian roots.
Presently, he is functioning in a MNC set up based in Mumbai.
